The Danish LEGO Group's toy manufacturing factory in Hungary, the LEGO Manufacturing Ltd. based in Nyíregyháza with more than 1,300 employees, looking for colleagues for the following position:
IT SERVICE DESK TECHNICIAN
Role Description:
Internal IT support via phone and e-mail to end users locally and globally. In this position you will be solving issues reported by your fellow employees or will be escalating them to the next level in the support chain.
Requirements:
- Fluent English
- Solid IT skills (Windows, MS Office, Server, Hardware)
- Relevant education or professional experience in a similar field is an advantage
- Good communication, troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Attention to details, multi-tasking, ability to prioritize effectively
- Team player
- Customer focus
- Willingness to work in shifts (24/7)
